welcome to our home page! our club is one of the best equiped gyms in the south of england, we have every modern training aid, and we are striving to get even more! our hall is equiped with a permanent full size boxing ring, full length kick & punch bags, B.O.B. & wavemaster bags.
we provide all your basic requirements, gloves etc, all our instructors are licensed registered & insured, we provide licences for all of our students and all at cost price!
we offer top quality tuition in kickboxing - thai boxing - & self defence, through our structured grading system, we teach beginners to blackbelt level, age ranges from 7 years to 90, all are welcome, we are a friendly group, we have several parents who train with thier children, we offer regular competitions, both light & full contact.
our club accepts no form of bad behaviour, language or conduct.
